Total Security & Fire Systems service and maintenance contracts provide regular preventative inspections and access to our 24/7 service help desk and engineer callouts.
Why a Service Contract is always recommended:
Peace of Mind:
You depend on your security or fire alarm system to provide safe and secure protection for your staff, family and visitors, so it makes sense your systems are kept in optimum condition, with 24-hour emergency cover that you can count on if and when urgently needed.
Saving Money:
Regular servicing will also ensure the maximum component life-span and result in lower system downtime. You may also save money by avoiding non-contracted hourly callout rates.
Compliance:
Current industry standards including EN Standards, the NSI (NACOSS), BAFE, the FIA, the Police, the ‘Data Protection Act’ and ‘Health and Safety Act’ all require that Security and Fire Alarm Systems that fall within their remit are covered under a formal maintenance agreement.
Insurance Company Requirement:
Your insurance company will require you to regularly maintain your Security and Fire Alarm Systems and have a current service and maintenance contract in place.
If you have not arranged appropriate maintenance cover your insurance claims may be invalid.
In addition, all Security and Fire Systems that have Emergency Services response or are financed under a Lease Agreement must have a current service and maintenance contract.
